● About Work Health Experts

# Clinical expertise, built into how work works.

We help organisations support people’s health earlier, with clinically led education for employees and leadership development for the managers they turn to first.

● Why we exist

## Support only works if people use it.

Most organisations already invest in benefits and wellbeing. But when health starts to affect someone’s work, whether that’s stress, sleep, burnout, a long-term condition, menopause or a pregnancy, people often don’t know where to turn. And the managers they turn to aren’t sure what to say. We exist to close that gap.
