# Clara Ali Ghalib

##### Co-founder & Clinical Director

#### Clara is a clinical pharmacist with nearly a decade in trauma hospitals and primary care, where she led care for thousands of patients a year. She knows what gets missed, what gets misunderstood and what makes a difference.

With a Master’s in Pharmacy and a Master’s in Health Management, Clara brings clinical expertise and systems-level thinking to Work Health Experts. As Clinical Director, she provides clinical oversight across everything we teach, so every session is medically sound, culturally relevant and practical for working life.

That oversight is what keeps our employee health education clinically led and our manager training built on sound clinical insight. Her approach is holistic and stigma-free, grounded in what helps real people at work.

She has also developed women’s health supplements for underserved communities, and is certified in personal training and sports nutrition.
