CLINICALLY BACKED

Translating clinical intelligence into everyday workplace practices.

## When work depends on people, health affects more than the individual.

In knowledge-intensive organisations, employees are often balancing demanding work, competing priorities and responsibilities beyond the workplace.

When health challenges arise, people may be unsure when to seek support, managers may not know how to respond and existing benefits may not be used as effectively as intended.

The answer is not always another wellbeing initiative. Often, it is strengthening the knowledge, confidence and working practices that help people act earlier.

Employees need clarity

Help people understand relevant health concerns, recognise when they may need support and know where to turn.

Managers need confidence

Give managers practical skills to respond appropriately, have supportive conversations and connect people with available resources.

Organisations need joined-up support

Identify gaps between policies, benefits, employee experiences and everyday management practices.

## Different industries. Shared people challenges.

Every organisation has its own culture, workforce and priorities. We tailor our support to those realities while drawing on a consistent approach to employee education, manager development and organisational improvement.

## Built around your people, not a one-size-fits-all programme.

We start by understanding your organisation, your workforce and what you want to achieve. From there, we identify the right starting point, whether that is targeted employee education, practical manager development, a consulting project or a connected programme.

### Understand

Explore your priorities, existing support and the challenges employees and managers are experiencing.

### Design

Identify the right combination of education, development and organisational support.

### Learn and improve

Use relevant feedback and evaluation to understand what is changing and where to focus next.

## From understanding a challenge to improving the experience.

Our parental re-entry project brought together employee listening, organisational diagnosis and practical programme design to identify gaps and strengthen the experience of employees returning from parental leave.

The work included recommendations and resources to support greater consistency across the employee journey.

## Don’t see your industry here?

Our work is particularly relevant to knowledge-intensive organisations, but the challenges of employee health, manager confidence and effective support are not limited to one sector.

If you are looking to strengthen how your organisation supports people when health affects work, we would welcome a conversation.
