Our Mission
To make health education more human, more inclusive, and more actionable—
so people feel understood, supported, and better equipped to show up at work and in life.
Join us in building a future where reproductive health is no longer a mystery, a punchline, or a private burden.
We’re working toward a world where everyone—regardless of gender, role, or life stage—has the knowledge and language to talk about health without shame or awkwardness. A world where understanding reproductive health isn’t just a “women’s issue,” but a leadership skill, a culture builder, and a business imperative.
Because when we educate teams, we shift mindsets.
When we support lived experiences, we retain talent.
And when we close the awareness gap, we move one step closer to closing the gender health gap—and the pay gap right alongside it.
Let’s create workplaces where health isn’t hidden. It’s respected.

OUR STORY
Built on Curiosity. Backed by Experts.
Designed to Make You Think.
It started with a job interview—and a lot of curiosity.
Siera was preparing for a new role in healthcare and decided to do something a little different: she started interviewing OBGYNs to understand what really wasn’t working. She expected to hear about policies, systems, maybe tech.
Instead, they all said the same thing:
"I just wish people knew about their fertility earlier."
That answer hit hard.
Siera had spent over 10 years working in a major healthcare organisation—leading strategy, shaping global initiatives—and somehow, this fundamental insight had never crossed her desk. Not once.
That moment was the spark.
What began as a few research notes quickly turned into a passion project, and then something much bigger.
She met Clara during their time at Imperial College—Clara brought deep clinical experience, Siera brought the commercial and strategic lens—and together, they asked a simple but powerful question:
What if we stopped assuming people knew how to talk about health, and actually taught them?
Because the truth is, health education in the workplace is often missing, messy, or just… meh. Especially when it comes to things like periods, fertility, miscarriage, or menopause. People don’t know how to start the conversation, and leaders don’t know how to respond.
That’s where Work Health Experts comes in.
Built with compassion, evidence, and just the right amount of personality, our programs help companies tackle the health topics no one else is talking about—but everyone’s living through.
And if you’ve ever met Clara or Siera, you’ll know this: they’re passionate, practical, and genuinely obsessed with making health education more human.
Because they believe the future of workplace wellbeing isn’t about shiny new perks—it’s about real understanding. And that starts here.
