WHO WE HELP
For businesses that depend on their people.
When your people’s expertise, judgement and relationships drive your success, supporting their health is a business priority.
We work with People teams in knowledge-intensive organisations to build employee health knowledge, strengthen manager confidence and improve how people access support when health affects work.
From professional services and technology to finance and law, we help organisations make workforce health support more practical, connected and effective.

CLINICALLY BACKED
Translating clinical intelligence into everyday workplace practices.
When work depends on people, health affects more than the individual.
In knowledge-intensive organisations, employees are often balancing demanding work, competing priorities and responsibilities beyond the workplace.
When health challenges arise, people may be unsure when to seek support, managers may not know how to respond and existing benefits may not be used as effectively as intended.
The answer is not always another wellbeing initiative. Often, it is strengthening the knowledge, confidence and working practices that help people act earlier.
Different industries. Shared people challenges.
Every organisation has its own culture, workforce and priorities. We tailor our support to those realities while drawing on a consistent approach to employee education, manager development and organisational improvement.
PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
Supporting the people behind the expertise.
In professional services, client relationships, specialist knowledge and the quality of people’s work are central to the business. We help People teams strengthen employee health knowledge and equip managers to respond confidently when health affects work, while developing practical support that fits the realities of professional working life.

They’ve helped us move our wellbeing initiatives forward and have conversations that other firms simply aren’t having. I’ve had employees tell me how glad they are that we’re having these discussions, and having their support has taken a lot off my plate.

A partner for the people responsible for supporting everyone else.
We work with the leaders and teams shaping employee experience, manager capability and workforce health. Whether you are addressing a specific challenge or strengthening a broader approach to wellbeing, we bring clinical expertise and practical organisational understanding to the conversation.
Recognise any of these challenges?
Organisations come to us at different stages. Some have a specific issue to address; others want to make their existing workforce health investment work harder.

Built around your people, not a one-size-fits-all programme.
We start by understanding your organisation, your workforce and what you want to achieve. From there, we identify the right starting point, whether that is targeted employee education, practical manager development, a consulting project or a connected programme.
Understand
Explore your priorities, existing support and the challenges employees and managers are experiencing.
Design
Identify the right combination of education, development and organisational support.
Learn and improve
Use relevant feedback and evaluation to understand what is changing and where to focus next.

From understanding a challenge to improving the experience.
Our parental re-entry project brought together employee listening, organisational diagnosis and practical programme design to identify gaps and strengthen the experience of employees returning from parental leave.
The work included recommendations and resources to support greater consistency across the employee journey.
Don’t see your industry here?
Our work is particularly relevant to knowledge-intensive organisations, but the challenges of employee health, manager confidence and effective support are not limited to one sector.
If you are looking to strengthen how your organisation supports people when health affects work, we would welcome a conversation.

What would earlier support change for your people?
Tell us about your organisation, your people and the challenges you are working through. We’ll help you explore where employee education, manager development or organisational consulting could make a meaningful difference.
